Service Description

Tailored support for schools in designing, planning, and facilitating high-quality professional development events that are purposeful, engaging, and aligned with school priorities and strategic goals. Working collaboratively with leadership teams, I support schools in creating meaningful professional learning experiences that strengthen teaching, leadership, collaboration, and school culture. Support may include identifying professional learning goals, designing workshop programmes and agendas, sourcing and coordinating facilitators, planning collaborative learning experiences, supporting reflective practice, and ensuring alignment with IB, CIS, NEASC, or wider school improvement priorities. Events may include leadership retreats, professional learning days, curriculum workshops, coaching programmes, wellbeing initiatives, and conference-style professional development experiences tailored to the needs of the school community.
