I believe that people grow best when they build on their strengths. My coaching is grounded in positive psychology, solution-focused coaching and evidence-informed practice. Together, we identify what is already working, uncover untapped strengths and develop practical strategies that enable lasting professional growth. Every coaching relationship is different. I work with curiosity, empathy and thoughtful challenge, drawing on evidence from coaching psychology, neuroscience, adult learning and leadership research. Rather than following a single coaching model, I tailor my approach to the needs, aspirations and context of each individual.

As an accredited Executive Coach (ICF ACC), I coach online with leaders and educators across the world. My clients include school leaders, teachers, coordinators, consultants, and professionals who want to strengthen their leadership, increase their confidence, navigate career transitions, improve performance, or create greater professional fulfilment.

Alongside my coaching qualifications, I bring more than 35 years of international leadership experience in education, including roles as an instructional leader, coordinator, international consultant, IBEN Senior Lead Educator, workshop leader and educational researcher. This enables me to combine professional coaching with a deep understanding of leadership in complex international and culturally diverse educational environments.
